Working with Premier Pacific Vineyards

Premier Pacific is an ideal partner for small and large high-end wine companies. Whether you seek new world class vineyard properties from one of the major fine wine growing regions or real estate-based financial solutions to better face the challenges of a competitive marketplace, Premier Pacific can help.

Vineyards

Premier Pacific’s goal is to help high-end wine companies, large and small, secure additional high-end vineyard properties to enable their growth.  We are developing world class vineyards in the major fine wine growing regions of the U.S. including Napa Valley, Sonoma, Mendocino, Central Coast (Santa Rita Hills), Oregon (Willamette Valley) and Washington.
Adding a new vineyard to your winemaking program – whether you are purchasing or leasing the property – is a major decision. We are ready to work with you to navigate the process.

The first step is to use this site to get detailed information about our vineyard estates.  Wine samples from the vineyards are also available upon request.

The most effective way to learn more about Premier Pacific’s vineyards is to make wine from them, so our primary goal is to get our fruit into your hands. This is the best way for you to evaluate the quality of the vineyard and to discover how it fits into your winemaking program. The terms of our grape allocations are flexible.  We also encourage you to sample fruit from a variety of our vineyards.  Top producers of luxury Pinot Noir, Cabernet, Merlot and Chardonnay have already committed to purchase from Premier Pacific, and we look forward to working with your winery.

If you later decide to secure the property on a long-term basis, it will be available for long-term lease or purchase.
