Vineyard Properties > Napa Valley > Circle S
Circle S resides in Foss Valley, which is part of the Atlas Peak sub AVA of the Napa Valley. The
current Cabernet Sauvignon planting resides at an elevation of 1400’ and is ideally suited to take advantage of the cool Atlas Peak Mountain air during the latter part of the growing season, allowing the clusters to develop slowly and achieve full phenolic ripeness. Planted in volcanic soils comprised of Perkins Gravelly Loam to a density of over 2,400 vines per acre, the vine rows are ideally aligned to take advantage of even sunlight exposure throughout the growing season.
